不同插穗处理对油橄榄温床扦插生根率的影响 被引量:18

摘要 为了提高油橄榄扦插育苗的生根率,缩短育苗周期,降低育苗成本,采用温床和冷床两种扦插苗床,就不同粗度与长度和带侧枝及与不带侧枝的插穗对油橄榄扦插育苗生根率的影响进行了对比试验。结果表明:以油橄榄扦插温床育苗的育苗周期比常规扦插短,插后40d就可生根,且生根率高达91.0%以上;以粗为0.4~0.6cm、长为13~15 cm的带侧枝条小枝作插穗,扦插前用100 mg/L的吲哚丁酸浸泡2 h的扦插生根率为最高。 In order to improve rooting rate of olive cutting seedlings, shorten seedling period, and decrease cost of seedling, effects of different roughness and length of cutting slips with or without lateral branches on rooting rate of olive cutting were compared by using hotbed and cooling bed. The results show that breeding cycle of olive cutting seedlings in hotbed is shorter than that of conventional cutting seedlings, cutting seedlings in hotbed can root after 40 days, and rooting rate is over 91.0%. The cutting slips with lateral branches have the highest rooting rate, which are 0.4-0.6 cm coarseness and 13 - 15 cm length, after soaked into 100 mg/L of IBA for 2 hours.
