摘要
不同浓度的NAA对桅子增殖效应的研究表明,在BS培养基上,0.1~0.8mg/L的NAA对一级侧生根的产生均有促进作用,但二级侧生根的数量以0、2mg/L处理最高,达3.36根/株,均显著地高于其它处理和对照。当NAA浓度在0.4mg/L以上时,根系基部易产生大量的愈伤组织。NAA02mg/L也是促进试管苗基段生长的最适浓度,培养35天后,茎长达6.64cm,显著地高于其它处理。
NAA was added in the B5-medium in propagation of cape-jasmine in vitro. Theresults showed that NAA had promoted rooting at concentrations from 0. 1mg/L to 0.8 mg/L, andNAA at 0.2 mg/L was the best concentration for the growth of shoot and root. A single budcutting could form a plant about 6.67 cm length with 5 roots after 35 day's culture.
