(2S,5S)-吡咯烷-2,5-二羧酸催化的不对称羟醛缩合反应

摘要 本文合成了(2S,5S)-吡咯烷-2,5-二羧酸,并将它用于催化环己酮和芳香醛的Aldol反应。探索了溶剂、温度、催化剂用量和环己酮用量对反应的影响,在优化的条件下,本反应得到87%~99%ee和最高为1:99 dr(syn/anti)的结果。 (2S ,5S) -pyrrolidine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid was prepared in this paper,and it was used in the aldol reaction of cyclohexanone with aromatic aldehydes. The effect of solvent, temperature, and dosage of catlyst and eyclohexanone to the reaction was aslo tested. 87 -99% ee and up to 1:99 dr(syn/anti) under the optimized reaction conditions were obtained.
