摘要
近30年间,中国对人力资源开发展开了多角度、多方位的研究,取得了巨大的成绩,推动了中国对人力资源开发的战略性认识,人力资源开发研究内容也日趋广泛,研究主体日趋多样。展望中国人力资源开发研究的发展,应在工作场所中学习、组织学习等前沿领域加大研究;应提高企业等微观组织参与人力资源开发研究的积极性,使人力资源开发研究与实践有效结合;应深入研究有关人力资源开发评价理论,科学合理评价人力资源开发水平等。
Nearly 30 years,a multi-angled,multi-faceted study of human resource development has developed in china and achieved great success. Strategic understanding on the human resources development was promoted. Study content on human resource development becomes widely, researcher becomes extensive. By looking forward to the development of China' s research on human resource development, the study in frontier areas such as learning, organizational learning in the workplace should be increased; the enthusiasm of enterprises should be raised in micro-organizations such as human resource development and research. Human resources development research and practice of effective combinationshould be combined effectively. Evaluation theory research related to human resources development should be studied deeply, level of scientific evaluation of human resource development shoule be carried out.
