摘要
交巡警服务平台的设置作为新兴的警务体制,至今还没有形成完善的评价体系。本文针对此问题建立了合理的评价指标体系。首先建立基于图论的优化模型得到量化的评价指标然后用秩和比方法对各城区的警力配置进行了评价;并对警力配置最不合理的城区利用lingo软件,得到合理的配置方案。
The set of the service platform as a new police system has not yet formed a complete evaluation system. A reasonable evaluation index system was established in view this problem in this paper. First the optimal model based on graph theory was established. Quantitative evaluation indicators were got. And the police force allocation of every ward of the city was evaluated by using RSR. The reasonable configuration was obtained to the most irrational of the city police are deployed by using lingo software.
