摘要
超声换能器基于压电材料制作,通过发射一定频率的超声信号,并接收载有介质信息的信号对目标介质进行检测。压电陶瓷的特殊性能决定了超声换能器在检测领域的应用越来越广泛。本文主要进行了压电陶瓷的特性分析及换能器的电路等效设计,分析了换能器的性能参数及在液体浓度检测中的应用。
Ultrasonic transducer is produced by piezoelectric materials, and it can detect some characteristics of a target media by transmitting a certain frequency of ultrasonic signals and receiving the signal containing information of the media. The special properties of piezoelectric ceramic determine that the ultrasonic transducer will be widely used. This paper mainly studies the characteristics of the piezoelectric ceramic, the parameters and equivalent circuit of the transducer performance, and the application in liquid concentration detection with the transducer.
