摘要
介绍了以糠酸和乙醇为原料,以SnCl_4·5H_2O为催化剂、苯为带水剂合成糠酸乙酯的方法.通过试验得出最佳反应条件是:醇酸摩尔比为6:1,催化剂用量为0.7%,反应时间为4.5h,带水剂苯的用量为30mL,平均产率为90.2%.
The new method of synthesis of ethyl furoate was reported by using α-furancarboxyic acid and ethanol as ma- terials SuCl_4·5H_2O as catalyst and benzene as dehydrating agent. The optimum reaction condition was given as follows: ratio of ethanol and acid is 6: 1, dosage of catalyst is 0.7%, reaction time is 4. 5 h and the dehydrating agent is 30 mL.The average yield is 90.2%.
