摘要
科学质量观是科学发展观在质量实践中的迫切要求,构建科学质量观是时代和实践的内在需求。在改革实践中探索践行科学质量观的基本途径,是质量发展工作的要求和体现。
Scientific outlook on quality is the urgent requirement of scientific outlook on development in quality practice. To build scientific outlook on quality is an inherent demand for times and practice. To explore basic ways to scientific outlook on quality is a requirement and a reflection of quality development in reform practice.
