Strengthening the Cultivation of Students' Ability to Promote Teaching Reform of Practice and Theory Integration: A Case Study of Mold Design and Manufacturing Specialty

从高职教育加强学生动手能力培养为切入点,分析了传统教育模式在高职教育中的不适应性,论述了高职教育进行课程理实一体化教学改革的必要性、理论依据和关键工作。从实践效果看,云南国防工业职业技术学院模具设计与制造专业的教学改革有效地促进了学生岗位能力的培养。

Based on the cultivation of students＇ practical ability in higher vocational education, the authors discuss the unsuitability of traditional education model and expound the necessity, the theoretical basis and the critical work of teaching reform of theory and practice integration in higher vocational education. From its actual effect, the teaching reform of mold design and manufacturing specialty effectively improve students＇ job ability.
