农村小学寄宿制的现状和巨大责任迫切要求学校完善教育功能。研究表明,在现有政策和财力的保障下,大规模举办寄宿制教育的过程中,深入解决好寄宿制学生的管理、学习和生活中的一系列问题,同步实现学校管理功能、服务功能和教学功能的完善,就一定能办好农村小学教育。

The status quo and the great responsibility of boarding primary schools in rural areas urgently require these schools to improve their educational function. The findings show that the management of boarding pupils and their learning and their livelihood should be dealt with well under the protection of present policies and financial resources and in the process of developing boarding,education at large - scale. The school management, service and teaching should be improved synchronically to promote the primary education in the rural areas.
