摘要
学校是一个"人-事-物"三位一体、交感互生的人文生态系统。学校建设的完整表达式是寓物质文化、行为文化、精神文化建设为一体的文化建设。文化是学校的软实力和教育力,文化是学校存在的标识,文化是学校发展的主体对象,学校文化建设对于学校发展而言具有特殊意义。学校建设应是基础设施建设与基本文化建设的统一,当代学校建设的新重心是学校文化建设。
A school is a humane ecosystem composed of men,events and material objects.The full expression of school construction is made up of the construction of material culture,behavioral culture and spiritual culture.Culture is the soft power and education force of a school,which identifies itself and is the goal of its development.
