摘要
美国著名生物学家施瓦布(Joseph J.Schwab)批评他所处时代的教育体系过分依赖理论教育,从而导致课程设计缺乏实践性。在此基础上,施瓦布进一步推出了他认为的合理课程设计模型——半实践型教学法模型。但其半实践教学法模型仅仅突显了学习者在教育中的主体地位,而忽略了教师也应该作为另一个主体存在,从而导致该模型在现今中国教育现实中的不适应性。如果将管理学和行为学上的领导力理论、激励理论与施瓦布半实践教学法模型相结合,这种不适应性就会得到根本解决。
The renowned American biologist Joseph J.Schwab criticized the education of his time for its over-dependence on theoretical instruction,which caused the lack of practical significance in curriculum design.He proposed a curriculum design model that he thought was reasonable-a quasi-practical instruction.This model,making prominent the subject of learners in education,though,neglects the fact that teachers should also be a subject.This leads to its inadaptability in Chinese current educational reality.The remedy is to integrate it with the theory of leadership and incentive.
