村民自治作为农村的基层民主形式,蕴藏着权利义务观念、政治参与意识、契约精神、法治理念等丰富的民主文化,是开展大学生民主法治教育的重要内容。通过整合现有教学资源、规范教学基地建设、提高教师综合能力、发挥高校主导作用等途径,能够有效地发挥村民自治在大学生民主法治教育中的功能,提高大学生民主法治教育的针对性和实效性。

Villager autonomy is a primary form of democracy,containing the notions of rights and obligations,the consciousness of political participation,contract spirit,the rule of law,and so on.It is part of the important resources for the education of democracy and law in colleges.We can exert its instructive role by integrating the existing teaching resources,standardizing teaching base construction,improving teachers comprehensive ability,and making use of the leading role of colleges and universities.
