高职院校校园文化与企业文化对接融合的路径

On the Approach to the Correspondence Between the Campus Culture of Vocational Colleges and Business Culture

高职教育是一种与市场和企业联系最为紧密的教育类型。校企合作、工学结合是高职教育发展的必由之路,高职院校校园文化与企业文化的对接融合也因此越来越受到人们的重视。校企文化对接融合有以下路径:以企业核心价值观为导向,以高职院校为主体,以企业文化为主导,以物质文化为基础,以精神文化为重点,以制度文化和行为文化为抓手,以第二课堂和社会实践活动为平台,以人才培养方案为切入点。

Compared with other types of colleges,a vocational college is most closely linked to the market and business.School-business cooperation and work-study combination is the necessary route for the development of higher vocational education.Therefore,more and more people begin to see the importance of the correspondence between the campus culture and business culture.To realize such correspondence,we should take the core value of business culture as the guidance,make use of our extracurricular practice,and construct our campus culture.
