摘要
选择172家企业作为问卷调查及访谈对象,研究了企业与社会组织联盟对创新绩效的影响机制。通过以企业为核心的跨部门联盟组织中的协同关系、资源整合和创新绩效的实证研究,发现跨部门联盟不同的协同特征对资源整合和企业绩效影响具有差异性。联盟各部门频繁合作交流和相互间高信任度,都会促进联盟内部的资源整合,进而导致创新绩效的提高,但联盟维持时间长短对创新绩效的影响不明显。我国跨部门联盟协同对企业创新绩效的促进作用主要源于联盟内部的有形资源整合。
A survey of 172 enterprises was conducted to study the impact of enterprises and social organizations alliance on innovative performance. It is found that the collaborative relationship in crosssectoral alliance has significant effect on the integration of resources and corporate performance. The frequent cooperation and mutual trust between different sectors will promote the integration of re- sources, which will in turn improve the performance, while the length of time.the alliance maintains has no significant effect on innovation performance. In China the promotion of the innovation performance mainly results from the physical resources integration within the alliance.
