青年领导者是领导群体中的特殊人群,其领导作用的发挥状况和领导成效越来越得到关注。青年领导力的形成机理与积极的青少年发展理论、社会参与理论及增权理论联系紧密。当前我们须配置好各种领导资源,有效运作形成合力,统揽全局发挥系统作用,深入实施管理扩大效果,加强修养赢得支持,从而建立起青年领导力的良性培养机制。

Young leaders is a special group in leaders. The exertion and the effect of youth leadership have been paid more and more attention. The formation mechanism of youth leadership and the positive theory of the development of youth, the theory of society’s participation and the empowerment theory both have close connection. Nowadays, we should configure a variety of leadership resources, form an effective joint force and take on the entire responsibility of the overall situation to play the system function. At the same time, we should implement in-depth management to expand the effect and strengthen the cultivation to win support. As a result, we can establish a positive system of the cultivation of youth leadership.
