近年珠三角劳动密集型产业“用工荒”分析

自2004年以来,我国经济较为发达的珠三角地区出现了严重的"用工荒"问题。如果对"用工荒"问题不加重视,甚至放任其影响波及全国,会给其它地区尤其是劳动力资源发达的省份带来极为不利的影响,会直接损害我国的经济发展。针对珠三角地区劳动密集型产业"用工荒"的主要特点、深入剖析该地区"用工荒"产生的原因,有助于研究者探索缓和矛盾的策略和措施。

Since 2004, labor shortage of the Pearl River delta has become increasingly keen. If labor shortage phenomenon lacks enough popular attention, extremely negative influence will be imposed on those provinces with rich labor resource, and our domestic economy will be directly harmed. Against the main characteristics of labor shortage in the labor-intensive industries across the Pearl River delta, deep analysis on its reasons is helpful for researchers to explore the corresponding strategies and measures for alleviation of contradictions.
