摘要
为适应医院人才发展战略的需要,医院人事档案工作必须从传统的单纯记录功能发展到作为服务人力资源管理工作的重要辅助工具。
In order to meet the needs of hospital talented persons’ development, the hospital personnel files work must be tranformed from traditional simple file recording function to service for the management of human resources as an important auxiliary tool.
