摘要
目的:研究蒙药光叶山苦荬的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法及制备高效液相色谱法进行分离,通过运用各种波谱法和标准品对照法鉴定分离所得化合物的结构式。结果:分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:木犀草素(1)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷乙酸酯(4)、3β-(β-D-葡萄糖)-8β-(对羟基苯乙酰氧基)-4(15),10(14),11(13)-三端基双建-1α,5β,6β,7αH-12,6-愈创木内酯(5)、β-(β-D-葡萄糖)-8β-(2-羟基-3-甲基丁酰氧基)-4(15),10(14),11(13)-三端基双建-1α,5β,6β,7αH-12,6-愈创木内酯(6)、5,3',4'-三羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(7)、芹菜素(8)、5-羟基-7,4'-二甲基黄酮(9)、5,7,4'-三甲氧基黄酮(10)。结论:其中,化合物5~7、9和10为首次从该植物中分离。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Ixeris chinensis.Methods:The chemical constituents of Ixeris chinensis were isolated and purified by silica gel.LH-20 column chromatography and preparation HPLC etc.Their structures were identified by means of spectra,in same cases by direct comparison with authentic samples.Results:Ten compounds were obtained and identified as luteolin(1),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyrano side(3),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside acatate(4),3β-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-8β-(p-hydroxyphenylacetyloxy)-guaia-4(15),10(14),11(13)-trien-1α,5β,6β,7αH-12,6-olide(5),β-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-8β-(2-hydroxy-3-methylbutanoyloxy)-guaia-4(15),10(14),11(13)-trien-1α,5β,6β,7αH-12,6-olide(6),5,3′,4′-trihydroxy-7-methoxyflavone(7),apigenin(8),5-hydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone(9),5,7,4′-trimethoxyflavone(10).Conclusion:Compounds(5,6,7,9,10) are isolated from this plant for the first time.
