摘要
从高校与高新产业技术开发区互动发展关系的角度出发,分析西安航空学院与西安阎良国家航空高技术产业基地产教融合办学的特点。探索西安航空学院依托航空高技术产业基地进行人才培养的实践活动,形成一种学校、航空企业、航空高新技术产业基地融为一体的办学格局,为学校人才培养、产学研结合、科技成果转化、学生就业创业等方面提供极其丰富的资源和便利条件。
From the perspective of interactive development relationship between institutions of higher learning and hi-tech industrial development zone,the article makes an analysis on the features of the cooperation between Xi＇an Aeronautical University and Xi＇an Yanliang National Aviation Hi-tech Industrial Base.Through the cooperation,we have formed the new running pattern integrating school,aviation enterprise,and aviation hi-tech industrial base,which offers the rich resource and convenient conditions for talent cultivation,combination of industry,learning and research,scientific result conversion,and student employment.
