摘要
为了解决力臂自动调节装置型号多、测试方法繁杂、测试精度低的问题,研制了以工控机为核心的自动测试系统,从硬件设计、软件设计入手,分析了测试过程中的工作环境模拟仿真与自动加载、系统控制信号和数据的共享、大气参数的测量、力臂值随机快速精确测量及抗干扰设计等问题,对改善力臂自动调节装置的维护手段、提高测试设备的自动化程度、使检测设备向综合化和智能化方向发展,具有重要的推动作用。
Starting with hardware and software design,we have developed and manufactured the auto-test system based on industrial control computer,and analyzed the problems concerning the simulated operating conditions and auto-loading,the shared control signals and data,the test of air data,the random rapid accuracy measurement,and the anti-interference in a bid to solve the problems concerning the numerous and disorderly types and test steps as well as past lower test precision of auto-arm regulating devices.This will lend a momentum to improving the means for maintaining auto-arm regulating devices,lifting the automation of testing equipment,and promoting the comprehensive and intelligent development of testing equipment.
