胶印油墨黏度对油墨转移影响的分析

Analysis on Influence about Offset Printing's Ink Viscosity to Ink Transfer

在不同的印刷压力下使用不同黏度的油墨在胶版纸上进行印刷,计算其油墨转移率。结果表明,在一定范围内对油墨转移的影响是显著的,但当黏度降低到范围之外时,油墨黏度对油墨转移率的影响反而降低,在此基础上分析了造成这种现象的原因。

Ink transfer rate was calculated when printing in offset paper under different pressure and different viscosity.The resuhs show that ink transfer rate increase follow ink viscosity＇s lessening; Ink viscosity has notable impact on ink transfer rate in certain range; the impact of ink viscosity on ink transfer rate reduces when ink .iseosity drops to the range, the reason that caused the appearance was analyzed on the basis of results.
