摘要
设计了一套根据实时起重量协调起重机各机构运行速度的系统,此系统将可编程逻辑器件、传感器、网络等结合到一起,充分发挥了起重机的各项性能,使起重机更具智能化。传感器检测起重机的实时起重量并将信号传送至PLC,PLC计算输出控制信号给变频器,变频器根据信号输出相对应的工作速度:当载物比较重时,变频器给出一个较低的工作频率;当载物比较轻或空钩时,变频器给出一个比较高的工作频率,优化了零载荷和轻载荷提升运行周期。
Design a set of real-time from the weight of the coordinating the crane agencies operating speed of the system,the system of programmable logic devices,sensors,network binding together to improve the performance of the crane,the crane more intelligent.The sensor detects in real time from the weight of the crane and signal transmission plc,plc calculate the output control signal to the inverter,the inverter according to the signal output corresponding speed:When the load is heavy,the inverter gives a lower operating frequency;when the load is relatively light or empty hook,and the inverter gives a relatively high operating frequency,to optimize the zero load and light load lifting operation cycle.
