新形势下对高职高专院校德育工作的思考

加强高职高专院校德育工作在新的历史时期具有重要意义,它不仅利于学生管理,利于促进大学生的全面发展,而且能很好地促进和谐社会的构建。针对目前的德育工作中存在的认识偏差、理论实践相脱节、教育途径方法单调、内外部环境不协调等问题,高职高专院校德育工作者需要进一步更新德育观念、创新德育方法、协调德育环境、拓展德育新领域并倡导知行统一,把国家和社会的需要与学生成才的愿望结合起来,在帮助学生全面成才的过程中实现德育目标。

In the new historical period,strengthening the moral education in Colleges and universities has important significance,it is not only conducive to the management of students,to promote the comprehensive development of college students,but also can be very good to promote the construction of harmonious society.In view of the present moral education in Colleges and universities in the presence of the deviation of understanding,theory practice of the separation,education via method is monotonous,internal and external environment of non-conforming issues,college moral education workers in need of further renew moral ideas,innovative methods of moral education,harmonious moral education environment and expanding moral education in the new field and promote the unity of knowing and doing.Combining with the state and the society need and students desire,to help students grow in the process of realizing the goal of moral education.
