犯罪是具有社会危害性的一种社会亚文化,青少年犯罪是犯罪问题的一部分,但与成年人犯罪表现形式不同,其人生观与价值观正处于形成时期,更易受文化规范的影响与制约。通过文化冲突理论和社会解组理论来审视青少年犯罪问题,结合我国现阶段社会转型期的社会情势分析了不良文化对青少年犯罪的危害,而法治文化氛围的营造能够成为青少年犯罪的制约因素。

Crime is a kind of social subculture which have society harmfulness.Juvenile crime is a part of the crime problem,but in different forms of expression with the adult crime,the outlook on life and value is in the period of formation,more susceptible to the influence and restriction of cultural norms.Through the theory of cultural conflict and social disorganization to examine the problem of juvenile delinquency,combined with the analysis of the present stage of social transformation of social situation,and pointed out the harm of bad culture on juvenile delinquency,and the rule of law culture atmosphere can become restrict elements to juvenile delinquency.
