高校法学实训教学改革的模式探索——记一堂行政复议程序实训演练课 被引量:1

摘要 如何"大力加强实践教学,切实提高大学生的实践能力"、如何"区别不同学科对实践教学的要求,合理制定实践教学方案,完善实践教学体系",如何"不断改革实践教学内容,改进实践教学方法"完成实施创新教育,培养创新型人才的重大使命和教育改革与发展的目标,日益成为各高校法学院法学课程建设和教学活动改革的重点。行政救济法学则成为限制行政机关权力、保障公民权利并培养公民法治意识最好的实践实训科目。一堂精心设计、比较成功地调动学生积极性的行政复议实训演练课,表明了高校法学课程实训教学改革还是有章可循、能够有所作为的。 How to "strengthen practice teaching,improving university student's practical ability",how to "distinguish requirements of the different disciplines to practice teaching,establish reasonable scheme and perfect system",how to "reform content,improve method" to accomplish goals,is increasingly becoming focal point during law courses construction in the university law school.Administrative remedy law should become the best practice training course about controlling administrative power,protecting of citizens' rights and cultivating citizen's Rule of law consciousness.This paper recorded an elaborate design,which mobilizes successfully the enthusiasm of the students during administrative reconsideration training practice lesson.It shows that the practice teaching reformation in the law course is not impossible.
