摘要
目的探讨打造门诊服务品牌。方法通过对等级医院评审"标准细则"的梳理、查找自身不足,把迎检工作与创造品牌有机的结合在一起。结论按评审标准不断持续改进并常态化,使医院的品牌形象更加鲜明。
Objective To discuss the brand building of clinics service.Methods To look for the deficiency by comparing with the "inspection standard protocols" of assessment of rating hospital,which combines the brand building with the inspection.Conclusion According to the inspection standard protocol,hospital manager can continuously improve and normalize the clinic service,so as to make the brand image more impressive.
