摘要
目的研究心血管疾病医疗纠纷的特点,为医疗机构及医务人员防范医疗纠纷提供参考。方法对某三级甲等医院近八年发生的434例涉及心血管专业疾病的医疗纠纷案例进行回顾性分析。结果心血管疾病纠纷易发于青壮年患者(185例,42.63%),患者转归结果中致死、致残率高(296例,68.2%)。引发纠纷的主要原因是救治未达预期治疗效果、医患沟通欠缺;费用告知缺陷等。结论加强医疗质量管理、提高医务人员专业技术水平和风险意识、加强医患沟通能力是防范心血管疾病医疗纠纷的重要措施。
Objective To study the characteristics of medical dispute of cardiovascular disease, and provide the reference to prevent medical disputes for medical institutions and medical personnel. Methods A total of 434 cardiovascular disease professional medi- cal dispute cases were retrospectively analyzed in a three level of first-class hospital nearly eight years. Results Cardiovascular disease is prone to disputes in young and middleaged patients (185 cases, 42.63% ), the patient outcome in the death, disability rate is high (296 cases, 68.2 % ). The main reason which caused disputes is treatment have not achieved the desired therapeutic, lack of doctor- patient communication, and cost told defects. Conclusion We should strengthen the medical quality management, improve the medical personnel professional technology level and risk awareness, medical disputes of cardiovascular disease. strengthen the ability of doctor-patient communication is to prevent
