摘要
目的改革皮肤性病学的教学方法,探讨新的教学方法并与传统教学方法相比较。方法本校2006级五年制本科生66人随机分为甲乙两组,甲组采用以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL),乙组采用传统的以教师讲授为主的教学(lecture basedlearning,LBL)方法。考试成绩采用两段式计分方式:笔试占60%,病历书写和病例分析占40%。结果甲组总分的均数为72.0933±6.18892,乙组总分的均数为75.2941±9.56334,对两组总分进行比较,进行两独立样本的t检验,P>0.05(双侧),两组间考试成绩没有显著性差异。结论新的教学方法没有显示出明显的优势。
Objective To reform the teaching method of dermatology and venereology, explore a new teaching method and compare with the traditional teaching method. Methods Sixty-six undergraduates of grade 06 of the five-year-training system were classified into two groups named as group A and group B according to the random prijaciple. Group A received the problem - based learning (PBL), while group B received the lecture-based learning (LBL). Score including two parts: written test occupying 60%, case history and analysis occupying 40%. Reslllts The results showed that the mean score of group A and B was 72.0933 ± 6.18892 and 75. 2941 ± 9.56334 respectively. T test of the two independent samples showed P 〉 0.05 (two tailed). There was no obvious statistical significance between group A and B. Collclusions New teaching method don't show obvious predominance.
