摘要
"十二五"期间,随着1000kV济南特高压变电站、潍坊特高压变电站及其相关线路的建设,山东电网逐步融入国家1000kV特高压骨干网架,山东电网与周边区域电网间的低频振荡问题将成为影响山东电网安全稳定的主题之一。本文通过对山东电网2015年规划目标网架典型运行方式的小干扰稳定分析,揭示了山东电网规划目标网架可能存在的全局模式小干扰稳定问题。计算结果表明:2015年不同运行方式下,与山东电网相关的低频震荡模式阻尼特性较好,阻尼均大于7%,满足强阻尼大于3%的规定要求,属于强阻尼震荡模式。
The connection between Shandong Power Grid and the National Power Grid will be enhanced greatly with the construction of the UHV AC Substations in Shandong Power Grid in the near future.The interarea low frequency oscillations will be one of the themes of the security and stability of Shandong Power Grid.The paper has researched the small signal stability of Shandong Power Grid in the typical operation mode in 2015.Calculation results show that all the low frequency oscillation modes related with Shandong Power Grid is strong damping mode.
