摘要
以企业实施电力需求侧管理(DSM)实现减碳为实例,针对碳交易市场化新环境对DSM成本效益模型的影响,对其作出一些改进:引入碳定价模型,增加了激励机制,考虑了时间价值以及增加碳定额约束条件等,提出了碳交易市场化背景下的DSM成本效益综合模型,以此为基础,为低碳经济下的企业DSM决策提供了一些意见与参考,以期提高低碳经济背景下企业的发展力,为我国低碳减排提供一定帮助。
This paper takes implementing Demand Side Management(DSM) to achieve carbon reduction by enterprises as an example,aims at the effect to DSM cost-effective model by the new environment of the carbon trading market,makes some improvements: the introduction of carbon pricing model and the incentive mechanism,taking into account the time value as well as carbon fixed constraint conditions,proposes the DSM cost-effective model in the environment of carbon trading market,taking it as basis,provides some comments and references for enterprises DSM decision-making in low-carbon economy,in order to improve the development of enterprises in the context of low-carbon economy,and hoping to provide some help for China's low-carbon emission reduction.
