摘要
分析管道积垢对换热器的影响,研究换热管道污垢随时间的增长特性,并分析其形成过程;探讨各种因素下声空化技术在管道中的阻垢除垢效果.实验结果表明:换热光管在第5天时结垢量开始明显增大,直到第14天左右达到稳定;相同时间条件下,流速越大结垢率越小;当流速一定,超生作用时间为50 min时,防垢率可达到50%;超生作用时间一定时,防垢率并不是一直随着流速的增大而增大.
This paper analyzed the fouling's effect on heat exchanger,studied the fouling growth characteristics,got the forming process and discussed the defouling effect under various factors.The experimental results showed that the scaling amount increased significantly in the fifth day and reached stable in the fourteenth day.Under the condition of same time,the scaling rate becomes lower when the flow velocity was faster.When the flow velocity was constant and ultrasonic action time was 50 min,the fouling rate could reach 50%.When the ultrasonic action time was constant,fouling rate does not always increase with the flow velocity.
