乌司他丁对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清IL-15的影响

Effects of ulinastatin on serum IL-15 levels in patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨乌司他丁对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者血清白细胞介素-15(IL-15)的影响。方法:62例SAP患者随机分为A组(n=24)、B组(n=38)。A组行综合治疗,B组在综合治疗基础上给予乌司他丁静脉滴注。ELISA检测患者血清入院时(0 d)、7 d、14d时IL-15水平。结果:治疗7 d时A组IL-15检测值与入院时比较无差异,但B组IL-15检测值明显升高,A、B组之间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗14 d时A、B组IL-15检测值均分别比治疗7d时升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而A、B组之间IL-15检测值相互比较差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而且,在综合治疗基础上给予乌司他丁治疗后,B组总有效率均明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过调节炎症介质IL-15的表达,乌司他丁能有效地逆转SAP病情。

Objective：To explore the effects of ulinastatin on serum interleukin-15 （IL-15） levels in patients with severe acute panereatitis（SAP）.Methods： SAP patients were divided into group A（n=24）, B （n=38） randomly.The pa- tients in group A were given comprehensive treatment. On the basis of comprehensive treatment,the patients in group B were given ulinastatin injection.The serum levels of IL-15 in two groups were detected by ELISA assay at diferent interval （Od,7 d,14d）. Results：On day 7, the serum levels of IL-15 in A group didn＇t change obviously com- pared with those on day 0,but IL-15 in B group was significant increased compared with those on day 0 （P〈0.01）. On day 14,the serum levels of IL-15 in A,B groups increased compared with those on day 7（P〉0.05,respectively）, but the levels of IL-15 between A,B groups showed significant differences （P〈0.01）.Moreover,total effective rate in B group was higher than that of A group （P〈0.05）after administration of ulinastatin. Conclusions： Administration of ulinastatin can effectively reverse SAP by regulating the levels of IL-15.
