腹膜后腹腔镜单纯性肾囊肿去顶减压术49例分析

The clinical analysis of 49 cases of laparoscopic renal cyst decortication treatment of simple renal cysts

目的:总结腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床经验。方法:49例单纯性肾囊肿患者在全麻下经腹膜后途径行腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术。结果:49例手术均获得成功,没有中转开放手术。手术时间35～80min。术中出血25～60ml。术后24～48h拔出引流管,无出血、尿漏、感染等并发症,术后住院3～7d。随访8～12个月,无复发病例。结论:腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术创伤小、出血少、并发症少、恢复快、住院时间短,是安全有效的方法。

Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of laparoseopie renal cyst deeortication treatment of simple renal cysts.Methods：49 cases of simple renal cysts in patients under general anesthesia by the retroperitoneal approach laparoscopic renal cyst decortication.Results：All the cases of surgery were successful and no conversions were surgery.Operation time： 35 minutes to 80 minutes.Blood loss was 25 ml to 60 ml.After 24 hours to 48 hours pull out the drainage tube, no bleeding, urine leakage, infection and other complications, postoperative hospital stay was 3 days to 7 days.Follow up of 8 months to 12 months, no recurrence.Conclusion：Laparoscopic renal cyst decortication trauma is a safe and effective method.
