81例小切口胆囊切除术外科治疗体会

Surgical treatment experience of 162 cases of small incision cholecystectomy

目的:探讨小切口胆囊切除术外科治疗体会。方法:回顾性分析81例小切口胆囊切除术患者的临床资料。结果:79例(97.5%)患者顺利完成小切口胆囊切除术,2例(2.5%)需延长切口。结论:基层医院采取小切口胆囊切除术具有很好的临床应用价值。

Objective ：To explore the surgical treatment experience of 162 cases of small incision cholecyste. Methods ： 162 cases of small incision cholecyste patients clinical material were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： 160 patients （97.5%） were applied small incision cholecystectomy,2 cases （2.5%） needed to extend the incision. Conclu- sion：Basic-level hospitals take small＇incision cholecystectomy which have very good clinical application value.
