子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫切口妊娠11例护理体会

Nursing Experience of 11 Cases of Uterine Incision Pregnancy Treated by Uterine Arterial Embolization(UAE)

目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗剖宫产后子宫切口妊娠的护理要点。方法:对11例子宫切口妊娠的患者成功实施子宫动脉栓塞术,并采取精心的护理。结果:11例患者均痊愈出院。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术是治疗子宫切口妊娠的有效方法,术前的心理护理,充分的术前准备和术后患者的病情观察及并发症的观察与护理,做好出院指导是手术成功的重要保证。

Objective：to discuss the nursing guidelines for uterine incision pregnancy treated by UAE.Method： 11 cases of uterine incision pregnancy were undertaken UAE and careful nursing was applied.Result：l 1 patients were cured and discharged from hospital.Conclusion：UAE is an effective method to treat uterine incision pregnancy. Preop- erative psychological nursing, adequate preoperative preparation and postoperative case observation and complications detection and nursing, and appropriate discharge instruction are vital to guarantee the success of surgery.
