Progress in Perioperative Rehabilitation Nursing Care of Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

该文通过综述对患者术前的整体评估、心理康复指导、手术前后的康复指导、出院指导等,使患者及家属充分认识到前交叉韧带重建术后康复训练的重要性,促进早日康复,从而减少并发症和住院时间,提高手术疗效及病人生活质量。

This article reviews that if patients received overall assessment, preoperative psychological rehabilitation guidance, rehabilitation guidance before and after surgery, discharge instructions and so on, they and their families would be fully aware of the importance of postoperative rehabilitation practice after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. It could promote recovery of patients, reduce complications, and shorten the length of hospital stay, and then improve surgical outcome and quality of life
