41例胸腔镜肺大疱切除术的围手术期护理

41 cases of thoracoscopy pulmonary bulla resection of perioperative nursing

目的:探讨电视胸腔镜下肺大疱切除术护理措施。方法:采用电视胸腔镜手术治疗肺大疱41例,患者术前做好心理护理及肺功能训练,术后密切观察生命体征与病情变化,做好胸腔引流管与呼吸道的护理。结果:41例患者均手术成功,无并发症发生,平均住院7天。结论:认真做好术前术后护理对保障胸腔镜手术的成功具有重要意义。

Objective：To investigate the video-assisted thoracoscope pulmonary bulla resection nursing measures.
