提高高职院校科研管理水平的思考

Reflections on Improving the Level of Scientific Research Management in Vocational Colleges

文章认为,当前高职院校科研工作存在的主要问题包括:科研水平较低、科研管理人员严重不足、组织机构很不健全、教职工科研意识淡漠、科研基础设施欠缺、科研资金投入不足。对此,必须采取切实措施提高科研管理水平:创新科研体制机制、完善科研政策、营造科研氛围、创建科研团队、加大科研经费投入、拓宽项目申报渠道。

Teaching,research,community service and cultural inheritance are four functions which higher vocational education performs but unfortunately,vocational colleges in China are weak in scientific research and their level of scientific research management is in the infancy.The paper,based on the analysis of current situation of scientific research management in vocational colleges,clarifies the role of the scientific research management in vocational colleges and proposes some measures to improve it.
