摘要
发展性胜任力是研究共青团干部职业发展的新视角。共青团干部岗位的发展性胜任力体现为较高的综合素质、共青团干部的悟性,而悟性的核心是实践型智力。形成共青团干部发展性胜任力的主要途径如下:设计并采用基于能力的共青团干部公平竞争的人才选拔制度,系统性和针对性强的教育培训,经常化的锻炼提高,创造创新的平台与机会,科学的绩效评价机制,有效的激励机制。
The study on the development capacity of leaders of the Communist Youth League(CYL) is a new perspective to the study on the CYL leaders' career development.The development capacity of CYL leaders to their occupational posts is characterized by the leaders' comprehensive quality and their power of understanding whose core is practical intellectuality.The paper argues that the way to the promotion of CYL leaders' development capacity is to establish a competitive system,strengthen educational training concerned,provide more practical opportunities for CYL leaders,innovate evaluation system and found an encouragement system.
