摘要
实验通过调节TiO2前驱体溶胶中水-醇的体积比(Vw∶Ve)及涂膜时的环境温度,制备了一系列表面由不同尺寸粒子修饰的TiO2薄膜。薄膜表面的TiO2粒子沿袭了溶胶中分散粒子的特征。一方面,随着溶胶中Vw∶Ve的增大,分散质点粒子的尺寸增大,而另一方面,随着温度的升高,溶胶中分散质点粒子因溶解度增大,尺寸呈现减小趋势。因此通过调节Vw∶Ve及涂膜时候的环境温度,可制备所期望尺寸粒子修饰的TiO2薄膜。在Vw∶Ve=10∶5、涂膜温度40℃的条件下制备的TiO2薄膜显示了最佳的光致亲水性、自清洁效果及光催化活性。
A series of TiO2 films modified with different size particles have been prepared by changing the volume ratio of water to ethanol(Vw∶Ve) in a TiO2 precursor sol and controlling dip-coating temperature.The nano-size particle formed on the surface inherits the characters of the colloidal particle in the sol.On one hand,the size of the dispersed particle in the sol increase as the Vw∶Ve is increased,the TiO2 film modified with particle of a desired size can be produced by adjusting the Vw∶Ve and the dip-coating temperature.The TiO2 film prepared using sol with Vw∶Ve=10∶5 at 40 ℃ shows good photoinduced hydrophilicity,self-cleaning and photocatalytic activity as compared with the other samples.
