摘要 目的 :建立能模拟心肌延迟整流钾电流 Ik 的数学模型。方法 :用计算机重建技术实现动力学机制的模拟。结果 :重建了心肌延迟整流钾电流 Ik 的通道电流、开关因子动态过程及 I- V曲线。结论 :该模型能有效模拟心肌延迟整流钾电流的动力学机制。 AIM: To develop a mathematical model for simulating cardiac delay rectifier K + current. METHODS: The computer reconstruction was used to simulate the kinetics. RESUITS: Cardiac delay rectifier K + current, kinetic process of open close factors and current voltage curve were reconstructed. CONCLUSION: The developed model was an effective means to simulate the kinetics of cardiac delay rectifier K + current.
