On November 7, Colorful Guizhou, an exhibition of Guizhou ethnic customs, opened in Malatya, Turkey. The exhibition is a joint initiative of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, Guizhou Provincial EthnicAffairs Commission and Guizhou Cultural Palace of Nationalities. Photographs, objects and videos show local Conditions, social customs, and the costume and mask cultures in this multi- minority province. Colorful Guizhou, which has been held in three cities in Turkey （ Malatya, Ankara and Denizli） is one of many events in the 2012 Year of Chinese Culture in Turkey co-sponsored by Chinese and Turkish governments.
