摘要
将最大熵原理引入空竭服务、多重休假M/G/1排队模型中,对顾客均衡策略和社会最优策略进行了研究.主要通过采用收益-成本结构,均值分析的方法,构建顾客个人和社会总体的收益函数,进而根据不同的服务信息,确定出不同的优化策略.最后,通过数值模拟进行了初步的比较.
To study the optimal balking strategies for customers, the maximum entropy principle is introduced into the M/G/1(ES, MV), the customer equilibrium balking strategies and socially optimal balking strategies have been studied. Through a natural reward-cost structure, the overall profit function about the individual customer and the whole society are constructed by a method of mean value analysis, then different optimization strategies are determined depending on different service information. Finally,a preliminary comparison is done by numerical simulation.
