摘要
目的：探索结代脉对脑血流的影响。方法：对 28例脉象结代的患者，利用 TCD探测其发生期前收缩时的血流速度，通过计算机软件计算出搏动指数、阻力指数以及 S/D值，同时在同一深度探测其正常的血流，并予对比。结果：结代脉发生时的收缩峰速度、舒张末速度、平均速度均低于正常脉象组，而搏动指数、阻力指数则高于正常脉象组。结论：结代脉患者会出现明显的脑血流速度下降，易引起脑动脉硬化。
