80例成人腺病毒B组55型感染临床分析

Clinical characteristics of 80 hospitalized cases of human adenovirus type 55 infection

目的对80例成人腺病毒B组55型感染者的资料进行总结,以进一步指导临床诊治。方法主要采用描述性流行病学方法对患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者多为18～29岁的青年,呈人群聚集分布,有接触史,主要症状包括发热(100%)、咳嗽(92.5%)、咽痛(88.8%)、咳痰(85.0%)和畏寒(78.8%)。最常见体征为咽部充血(88.8%)。患者外周血白细胞计数正常或偏低,多数中性粒细胞比例升高。结论成人腺病毒B组55型感染可引起暴发流行,以发热、咳嗽、咽痛和咳痰为主要表现,临床症状轻,预后良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of human adenovirus type 55 infection and provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. Method Descriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the clinical data of 80 pa- tients with human adenovirus type 55 infection retrospectively. Results Human adenovirus type 55 infection preferentially affected young adults aged 18-29 years. The patients had an identifiable epidemiologic link to another confirmed patient. The most common symptoms were fever （100%）, cough （92.5%）, sore throat （88.8%）, expectoration （85.0%） and fear of cold （78.8%）. The most common physical sign was congestion of pharyngeal portion （88.8%）. The number of white blood cells in the peripheral blood was normal or low, and the portion of neutrophilic granulocytes increased. Conclusions Human adenovirus type 55 infection may result in epi- demic outbreak. The most common symptoms are fever, cough, sore throat and expectoration. The clinical course is generally mild and the patients have a good prognosis.
