黄斑水肿证治思考

Thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment method on macular edema

黄斑水肿可以造成视功能不可逆性丧失,目前西医尚无满意的治疗方法。从中医角度上看,黄斑水肿与《金匮要略》所论湿病(外湿)、水气病、痰饮(广义)相关,笔者结合《内经》、《金匮要略》中的有关内容,对黄斑水肿的中医证治思路进行了论述。

Macular edema may cause irreversible visual loss.There is no satisfactory treatment in western medicine so far.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,macular edema is associated with the dampness disease（external damp）,water qi disease and phlegm（generalized） recorded in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Based on the relevant content in Internal Classic and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,syndrome differentiation and treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine on macular edema was discussed.
