养肝润目方治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼临床观察

Observation of Yanggan Runmu Decoction for the treatment of 42 dry eye syndrome cases of yin deficiency of liver and kideny type

目的观察中药养肝润目方治疗肝肾阴虚证干眼的临床疗效。方法将肝肾阴虚证干眼患者84例(168只眼),随机分为2组,中药治疗组42例(84只眼)口服中药养肝润目方,对照组42例(84只眼)用人工泪液滴眼液,治疗2个月后,观察患者主观症状积分及客观指标的变化。结果中药治疗组总有效率76.1%,对照组总有效率54.7%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组能降低患者主观症状积分(P<0.05),提高泪液分泌量、延长泪膜破裂时间(P<0.05)。结论养肝润目方能缓解肝肾阴虚证干眼患者眼部症状,改善患者泪液分泌量、泪膜稳定性,促进角膜恢复等客观指标,较单纯人工泪液对症治疗效果好。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Yanggan Runmu Decoction in the treatment of yin deficiency of liver and kidney dry eyes.METHODS Eighty-four patients（168 eyes） with dry eyes were randomly divided into two groups,traditional Chinese medicine treatment group 42 patients（84 eyes） with oral Yanggan Runmu Decoction,positive control group 42 patients（84 eyes） with artificial eye drops.After two months of treatment,subjective symptom scores and objective indicators of change were observed.RESULTS Chinese medicine treatment group,the total effective rate was 76.1%,positive control group was 54.7%,the curative effect was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）;In the treatment group,the decoction could reduce the patients subjective symptom scores（P 0.05）,increase the lacrimal secretion,improve the corneal fluorescein staining（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONS Yanggan Runmu Decoction could not only relieve patients with dry eye symptoms,improve the objective indicators such as patients＇ lacrimal secretion,stability of lacrimal film,and promote corneal recovery as well.
