颈动脉狭窄引起视网膜血循环障碍临床浅析

Clinical analysis of ocular ischemic syndrome caused by carotid artery obstruction

目的对颈动脉狭窄引起的视网膜血循环障碍疾病进行分析。方法回顾性分析2011年本院50例颈动脉狭窄引起视网膜血循环障碍患者的临床资料,所有患者均行彩色超声多普勒(CDFI)检查,并经眼科药物治疗。结果眼部血流动力学指标明显改善。治疗前眼动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)(17.93±6.17)cm/s,治疗后(19.36±5.89)cm/s,t=7.21,P<0.05;治疗前平均血流速度(VM)(9.74±2.13)cm/s,治疗后(10.86±2.52)cm/s,t=8.16,P<0.05;治疗前阻力指数(RI)0.79±0.20,治疗后(0.69±0.10),t=7.72;P<0.05。结论正确诊断和治疗颈动脉狭窄造成的视网膜血循环障碍疾病,可以缓解眼部的病情,改善视功能。

OBJECTIVE To analyse the ocular ischemic syndrome caused by the carotid artery obstruction.METHODS The clinical data of 50 patients of the ocular ischemic syndrome caused by the carotid artery obstruction were retrospectively reviewed.They were diagnosed by color doppler image,and had undergone medication.The results were studied statistically.RESULTS Before treatment,the ophthalmic artery peak systolic velocity（PSV） was（17.93±6.17） cm/s,mean velocity（VM） was（9.74±2.13） cm/s,the resistance index（RI） was 0.79±0.20;after treatment,the ophthalmic artery peak systolic velocity was（19.36±5.89） cm/s,mean velocity was（10.86±2.52） cm/s,the resistance index was 0.69±0.10,PSV：t= 7.21,P〈0.05;VM：t=8.16,P〈0.05;RI：t=7.72;P〈0.05.The index of ocular hemodynamics was improved significantly.CONCLUSIONS The right diagnosis and treatment could relieve the symptoms,and improve visual function.
