摘要 目的分析多发性硬化(MS)脱髓鞘斑块在磁敏感加权成像(SWI)上的表现,探讨MS斑块的微循环特点。方法11例临床随访确诊的MS患者行常规MR检查和SWI。结果 11例患者脑内脱髓鞘斑块,单发4例,多发7例,共21个病灶,在SWI上呈3种表现:①病灶呈稍高信号而无明显低信号区,有异常血管区(2个);②病灶呈低信号,有小血管环绕或穿行(7个);③病灶呈低信号,无异常血管区(12个)。结论 SWI上低信号和(或)伴小静脉环绕、穿行征象对MS脱髓鞘斑块的诊断有一定帮助,SWI有助于理解MS斑块的微循环特点。 Objective To investigate the microcirculation of demyelinating plaques in multiple sclerosis (MS). Methods Eleven patients with clinical proved MS underwent conventional and susceptibility weighted MR imaging (SWI). Results Of 11 patients with 21 cerebral demyelinating plaques, 4 were solitary and 7 were multiple lesions. On SWI, the lesions were hypointense without abnormal blood vessels (12), hypointense with small veins around or within the plaques (7), or slightly hyperintense with abnormal vascularity (2). Conclusions SWI is useful for understanding the microcirculation of demyelinating plaques of MS.
